Don't let photos fool you
The RevEye browser extension will search multiple search engines for a single photo
Well hello, reporters! I have some exciting news.
I hope you’re already familiar with reverse image search, but if you’re not, it basically means you can check if an image has been published before, where it was published, or even what’s in it.
What makes RevEye stand out is that it will check several search engines all with a single right-click. This jumps over a lot of the manual work and makes it easy to remember to check images before you publish them.
In my column, I also wrote about how to vet photos when you’re busy balancing deadlines as well. RevEye is available on Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and probably other browsers too. Don’t let untrustworthy photos slip through!
